JDS Cleaning uses a professional deep foam extraction method to lift embedded dirt, dust and everyday build-up from your carpets, upholstery and mattresses. Excess moisture and cleaning solution is extracted during the process, helping to give your items a fresh new look and feeling, whilst helping them dry out quickly. Suitable spot/stain treatment is also carried out, to give your clean the best possible end result.
Most items cleaned are dry in approximately five hours, depending on air flow, the weather and what substance is being cleaned. Mattresses may take longer to dry, so JDS Cleaning recommend a morning collection, allowing the most chance for the item/s to be fully dry by the end of the day.
Suede and leather should not be cleaned with water, due to staining, marking or the possibility of irreversible damage.
Leather has a smooth, finished surface and is generally hardier. Suede is made from the 'under' side of leather and is far more absorbent and prone to staining. Leather should be cared for using the appropriate leather polish or saddle soap, while suede will require specialist dry-cleaning methods.
JDS Cleaning will treat the appropriate fabric with the most suitable treatment for the fabric type and the type of stain, whilst always trying to achieve the best possible result. Due to a stain's age, bleach, dye, ink, paint, pets, or previous stain removal attempt/s, no guarantee can be given that all stains will be fully removed.
Please remove all small, valuable, breakable or toys before the arrival of JDS Cleaning. This allows us to focus fully on the jobs at hand, allowing us to concentrate our efforts on the most important items during our time with you. Large items of furniture can generally be cleaned around, unless a move has specifically been agreed beforehand.
Yes. JDS Cleaning will always use professional products and care to leave your home clean and smelling great. For the best possible results and the safety of your loved ones, please keep children and pets off the cleaned area/s until fully dry.
As a matter of general guidance, most homes will benefit from a professional clean every six to twelve months. Homes with children, pets, allergies or high traffic areas often require more frequent cleaning to help keep your furniture and carpets looking and smelling their best.
Yes. JDS Cleaning can help to clean your mattresses, helping to remove surface dirt, dust, allergens and odours, helping to enable you to continue to enjoy a refreshing night's sleep. Due to the increased drying time, JDS Cleaning recommend a morning booking.
JDS Cleaning will usually be able to greatly reduce the odour from pets, spilled food, dust, dirt etc, however, where the smell has permeated through the fibres or foam of your item/s additional treatment may be required. The focus is on dealing with the source of the smell, wherever possible, rather than simply masking it up.
